Re: 2021 OFFERS

FWIW, the primary source for Guy’s offers and commitment, and also for Menefee’s commitment, was their own twitter feeds. Also some newspaper articles.

I know it’s a near-impossible task to keep up with every offer and commitment.

Re: 2021 OFFERS

So far we have only lost 2 head to head to other Patriot League teams...Bucknell 1 Holy Cross 1 We lost a combined 15 matchups with the Ivies and 14 with the Academies . Lehigh definitely appears to be doing well on the recruiting side. One correction however. LU actually has lost three head-to-hea...

Re: PL schedule

Apparently Council couldnt create an OOC plan that all agreed to. Puzzled. Why would all schools have to agree on a one size fits all plan? Rumor is Byerly was the stumbling block. There is absolutely no reason for a one size fits all plan, other than the complete lack of intestinal fortitude on th...

Re: PL schedule

I have no idea how these OOC games work in terms of payout. I suspect some have a guaranteed purse and some pay a % of the gate. Even if there is basketball this winter, do you suspect many fans in the stands? Is a big payday even possible? Payouts are virtually always guaranteed. However there are...

Definitely a destination. Coach has built an amazing program. I was scanning the roster today in awe. I really hope we have a full season.
LU fans are truly lucky. Bucknell fans would love to have scholarships and be able to attract some of these players.

Re: Lehigh Football

Patriot and Ivy leagues have moved all fall sports to the spring. ??? Bison_137, Have you heard anything differently. Per my discussions with some in the athletic office, that's the game plan as of today at Lehigh. I can only assume that they wouldn't be doing that unless the rest of the Patriot Le...

Re: Lehigh Football

I wonder how this Marlins debacle will impact the future opening of athletics. Baseball is a sport with a relatively limited amount of close contact. Baseball's problem is that, unlike the other sports, they opted to not play in a bubble. Teams are traveling constantly, checking in and out of vario...

Re: Fall athletics remain uncertain

The Patriot League ruling is outand as I've been told, football will pretty much be contained within the Patriot League https://lehighsports.com/news/2020/6/22/general-patriot-league-council-of-presidents-announces-guidance-regarding-2020-fall-competition.aspx Reading through the press release, I d...
