Re: Patriot League Championship
There is always a strong lure of coaching Division 1 but perhaps even more convincing, coaching at your alma mater. Just my opinion. If he continues his success, he likely will get D1 offers from west coast programs. His predecessor jumped directly to a western D1 school. There are a lot of jobs av...

Re: Patriot League Championship
Would he come back east? Would he leave his currently spot after just one year? I do agree he'd be great for us and would be a great spot for him to begin his D1 carrier. But how do you push Brett out? Although the original post didn't show this season. Logie has actually been at PL for two years. ...

Re: Loyola
A bit unfair to go off the deep end based on this year’s extraordinary circumstances. But even discarding our play this year, I think the recruiting is fine. But over the years how many kids have come to Lehigh and gotten better? I’m not qualified to answer that question. But my unqualified opinion...

Re: Loyola
Reed has run this program straight into the ground. Has done a horrific recruiting job and this is what you get. Does anyone think his job is in jeopardy. The general perception around the league historically has been that Reed was a good recruiter but a poor coach. But over the last few years his ...

Re: Lehigh-Colgate
Colgate shut down their women's program for the season on Monday. Injuries, not covid - although I'm sure the covid environment made them less enthusiastic about fighting through it.

Re: McDonald's All-American Game Nominees
As I pointed out on the Bucknell board talking about the Bison nominees, there were a total of 460 female nominees this year.

Re: Games vs Lafayette and Loyola Postponed
It's not easy to keep games going with small rosters if everyone practices together. One person tests positive and everyone has to quarantine, it seems. That is indeed a major problem. Most leagues and most schools do not have that rule. If a player tests positive, that player quarantines and possi...

Re: Bucknell back on this weekend!!! Maybe.....
So KenPom doesn’t give us a chance this weekend (losing by 1 @ home and by 5 on the road) or for that matter the rest of the year (winless). We’ll see! It's not quite as bleak as that. While Pomeroy has LU as an underdog in each game - sometimes only a slight underdog - his model predicts 2.4 wins ...

Re: Lehigh. Holy Cross
Just wondering if Emma got dinged in the second Bucknell game. She had a double/double in her return last Saturday but played only 13 min on Sunday and of course did not play today. Perhaps she just needs more time to grieve too. In that Sunday Bucknell game, she got bopped on the nose while blocki...
