Good article on former Fordham foe Chase Edmonds.
As I recall Dom outperformed him head to head!
Cardinals’ Chase Edmonds New York success
Re: Cardinals’ Chase Edmonds New York success
Not even close.
Per the Fordham site:
Edmonds Closed out his career as the Patriot League all-time leading rusher and has the fifth most rushing yards in NCAA FCS history (5,862)... Also graduates as the Patriot League all-time leader in career touchdowns (74) and rushing touchdowns (67)... The 67 rushing touchdowns is fourth-best among in NCAA FCS history while his career rushing yards/game average of 133.2 is 14th best... Also amassed 7,374 career all-purpose yards, a school and Patriot League career record, tenth best in NCAA FCS history... Named second team All-Patriot League as a senior... A 2016 consensus First Team All-American... Led the NCAA FCS in rushing yards/game (163.5)… Also ranked among NCAA FCS leaders in total rushing yards (second), all-purpose yards (194.64)(second), scoring (second), rushing touchdowns (third), and yards/carry (fourth)
and this was despite being injured in his senior season.
Edmonds had the "twitch" that Dom lacked...and one of the best spin moves I ever saw.
Just my opinion.

Just checking head to head games...although not exactly relevant since they are playing against separate bad defenses
2017
Bragalone 27 ca 218 yds 1 TD
Edmonds DNP (injured)
2016
Bragalone 15 c 192 yds 3 TD
Edmonds 24 c 182 0 TDS
Brags won that H2H
2015
Bragalone 19c 109 yds 1TD
Edmonds 31c 347 yds 3TD
What a difference an offensive line makes
In 2018, the same Bragalone ran for 34 yds on 19 carries. Edmonds had graduated.

God bless good O Lines
Re: Cardinals’ Chase Edmonds New York success
No question. Looks how putrid the Iggles are this year and the primary reason is the decimated OL. You can't pass from your back or your back foot, and you can't run without a hole.. That's it, period. I don't care if you have Brady and Jimmy Brown in your backfield.

And you've got to be able to run if you want to pass. I'd start with rock solid O-linemen, too.
