DMike is an extraordinary recruiter as well as coach.

Good to see 230-pound freshman linebacker; 6-9, 300+-pound lineman.
I totally agree. You can't teach size and speed. I think Stephens is a good size DL at 260#. Hartman is a beast at RB. The OL recruits are all good size and with a year or 2 with our strength and conditioning, could turn into beasts.

What has caught my eye recently though is that there seems to be at least 5 guys in this class that run legit 4.4 40s in McFadden, Pruitt, Fields, Logan and Worthy. the latter two being notable track guys.

Signing Day. 2/3

20 days. No clue how many more schollie are available.
Which would you rather have a potential stud frosh or a solid 5th yr? A question I imagine coaches are facing this recruiting cycle.

Like every other decision, it should probably be made on it's merits. If the recruit is in the right position and is almost a sure thing to compete for multiple years, then I lean that way. If the senior is a multiple year starter at a position of need then I go that way. Everybody else needs to be done on a case by case basis.

Again, just my opinion.

The board is quiet lately.

Too much going on in the nation I think. Plus not much to chew on with football..

Noticed Coach DiMike is hyping NSD today. Wasnt really expecting a lot but now I wonder.
Right now on the numbers we have 68 rerurning not including any seniors that may return. We have 16 commits so far including the 5 WOs. Total 84. We may lose some WOs but those may be replaced by 5th yrs. How much schollie money is left? Big gets usually get full rides. A lot of talent still sits on the offers sheet. Staff is still making offers.
Guess we wait to see. Some actual news and even better some actual football would be great right now.

Coach DiMike upping the hype for 3/3 even more tonight on twitter. Hyping success? Or an ad campaign for undecided recruits. To quote coach Lehigh is making big moves.
