Lehigh Lafayette

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

I really feel bad for the players, especially seniors, who have been busting their butts all spring with nothing to show for it so far.

It's tough enough keeping a 13 man basketball team Covid free much less a 90 man football squad.

Agreed.

I don't know how one person can knock out an entire team. Last I knew, contact tracing and testing help isolate issues.

If Bucknell can have no positive tests...they are a possible option this weekend at home. It's the only move PL has left.

Board very quiet with big game coming up. I flew in last weekend and was able too attend in person. Some observations. Kids look like they are having fun. Much better body language from both kids and coaching staff than in 2019. Impressed with QB...throws hard...He hit his receivers in the hands 4-5 times and the ball was dropped. Believe we'll see improvement this weekend and maybe even a TD! Defense has opportunity to be very good in next couple years.

Getting revved up for game. Cant claim to be optimistic but I will shoot for hopeful. :D

Lots of "ifs" for our O. OL a big one. Lots of almost pass completions. Some drops. Some just a bit off target.

If D plays as well as the 1st 2 games, Pard O can be stuffed.

For those counting LU=Lafayette attendance, I vote we all get to count this one with an asterisk

GAME NOTES are up

.Passarelli back at OG. rest of the 2 deep basically the same.

Interesting to see that O returns 21 of the 22. If both Norris and Haffner return the D also returns 21.
