Sadly, I think you are all in for another year of Tom Gilmore. AD has too much ego to accept that this hire was as bad as everyone warned. Just don't see him pulling the trigger on this despite the cultural issues, poor execution, and ummm...the pink elephant in the room, which I was torched for bringing to your attention.
