I didn't notice until I clicked on the link that it applies to last year.

It's for this season. Says 23/24 at the top and the other two dates are this school year. I suspect this was the obvious typo of 39 and not updating the year to 24.

Congrats on Gavin Hawk of P-Burg reaching NJ Finals.
Gimp and I posted early on in season on him. Had a perfect score on Math SAT 800 I believe. He is junior and first P-Burg wrestler to reach NJ Finals since Lehigh's Brian Meyer.

Gavin is 42-2 with his only losses being to Collin Raj of Quakertown 5-1 and to Zach Ballante of St. Joes Montvale TB1 in last weeks regional final. They will meet again in the state final today.

Sounds like a perfect Lehigh prospect looking to stay close to home & potential middleweight we need. Hope he has a breakthrough win to take title as junior.

After watching some fifty-some STATE tournaments,..nobody does it better than NJ!

Hard to know if any of these kids are on Lehigh's radar, as ELEVEN champs return next season, SEVEN from the private sectors of Delbarton/St. Joes, and many already ear-marked for IVY campuses.

Many COLLEGE coaches seen in attendance, and EYE-BALLIN' the talent. 8-)

His BRAIN & BRAWN best suited for PRINCETON where he trains part-time! 8-)

But wouldn't it be more appropriate for him to be a Mountain HAWK?
