Must be the PLN stuff -- I watch on video, listen on the radio because of the endless buffering issues I have with the video (like right now). I have the sound turned down on radio and I can hear both Steve and Gimp just fine.

Both are low for me (Mac laptop), but Gimp's mike is often lower than Loman.
