Turn Out The Lights
Re: Turn Out The Lights
PIAA held boys AAA swimming yesterday at Bucknell. Looks like AAA girls and AA boys and Girls gone.
Also note Patriot League completed the Mens BB tournament but not the Ladies, that Semi was scheduled for tonight (realistically one would not expect more than 50 fans making the the trip to BosU
Also-- Looks like NCAA skiing was Mar 11-14, First day completed not sure about second day

Re: Turn Out The Lights
Correction PIAA BB Probably all in quarterfinals postponed two weeks. Same AA swimming, but AAA swimming truncated and concluded
Re: Turn Out The Lights
Starbucks will only except drive thru orders only. I suspect this is to keep from folks stealing toilet paper from the restrooms
Re: Turn Out The Lights
Well, shoot, that is what I was thinking of doing since local Giant, Safeway, and Target stores are out!
Re: Turn Out The Lights
If we'd had adequate testing we'd have known about things earlier and probably would have canceled conference tournaments too.

True, JDA. Hope all posters who attended are feeling healthy since EIWAs.

Cornell fans are sick.
Re: Turn Out The Lights
Got my toilet paper (not brand name, Weis brand & it will do. )
Seriously though... I concur w/ above w/ the extra test badly needed but sorely lagging.
I was very glad to be in good company, watching the Hawkineers win another EIWA title, w/ Leggs & Son, & ms64!
(By virtue of Legger posting above, I take that the trip back to NC was okay and you and ms64 arrived safe & well. )
Hoping that all will not show symptoms after a week plus from the event.
The way this week played out, news-wise, I figured this was inevitable outcome.
I hope all will get through this, alive and well.

Everybody stay well!

Sir, a pint of you finest ale, please!
Never argue with an idiot... he'll bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Re: Turn Out The Lights
I became sick the day after EIWA
However with temps under 97.0F, I may be being drained by a vampire, but certainly don't have Covid-19

Especially disappointing for the seniors. An early onset of the between-season doldrums with little to hang our hats on. Am guessing we’ll hear shortly whether Pan Am qualifying and the Pit Classic will happen. Agree with Legger, glad I got to EIWAs. Ughh!
