This is how it starts. Perhaps an ill-advised post but come on now....it's just his opinion. No need to shoot the messenger. I take it you disagree. Can we leave it at that?
My opinion on hair is simple: when it interferes with vision, or when the wrestler is playing with it during the bout -- then it needs to go. Hines has shorter hair this year and it doesn't appear to be an issue. Bryant, not so much. And Frinzi, yes, it's a distraction (IMO)......I'm not interested in comparing to academy wrestlers.

I think Malyke cut his hair after NOLA, 2-6 before 8-2 after.
But it is not the hair, likely, as the mindset.
Hopefully we won't be like many Islamic countries, including Iran but obviously not Afghanistan, allows women wrestling but clothed except hands and neck head. It looks like some nations are requiring hair covering, although that may be ear protection. Obviously a full body suit is a disadvantage.

**** RIP David Crosby. Great singer/songwriter, but pretty much a PIA of a person. He alienated almost everyone who knew him.

I guess that they decided that they won't be playing for the Yankees.lu90 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 05, 2023 1:59 pmThat's a new one. Sure wouldn’t see an Army or Navy wrestler on the mat looking like that. Where are our grooming standards??
