Brignola was aggressor most of match but loses 4-3 because Columbia guy hung in to Ankle only for what seemed like over 1/2 the third period. Shouldn’t that be stalling as he made no other move that whole time?

Not a single stall call while backing straight out twice?? Feel like there were several places in that scramble where action was stopped long enough for a stalemate as well. Regardless, can't give up an easy takedown in the second like that.

Columbia whoopin our asses again. We drawing all their veterans and they’re beating us on every 50/50. When Brigs didn’t finish that first TD I had a bad feeling

First period Brignola outshot him about 10-0 and the ref never dings for stalling….third period the ref just let half the period tick away when he should have called stalemate….. ugly match all around

Honestly the Recruits-2023 thread is the only thing keeping me alive right now.

Agreed. I get refs generally don't want to affect the match, but stalling is in the rulebook for a reason and not calling it is as much of a decision and impact as calling it is. Just brutal that Max ends that much with a stalling call and the columbia guy doesn't even get 1, terrible taste

Humphreys gets the major, although not his best, still looks like he’s protecting something to me….

The way the standings look right now, they may rename the "EIWA's" to the "Ivy League Championships". Good thing Yale doesn't have a team.
