Lehigh, Pitt & Navy
Lehigh, Pitt & Navy
Pitt & Navy, probably two of LU's toughest opponents this season, are scheduled to face off today at 5, and their match is scheduled to be streamed on ESPN+. Though it appears that free trial subscriptions on ESPN+ are no longer available, one can take out a one month subscription for $5.99. (If you do so, be sure to timely cancel because otherwise your subscription will automatically renew.) A one month subscription now will also get you the LU at Navy match on 1/16 which, as an away match, will not be available as a freebie as are LU's home matches.

Re: Lehigh, Pitt & Navy
Thanks for the heads up. BTW, I used them last year and had no problems at all cancelling after a couple months.

You might consider the Disney + package which includes ESPN+, HULU & National Geographic.
Disney includes PIXAR, MARVEL & STAR WARs

Re: Lehigh, Pitt & Navy
I was able to sign up for month to month, but had to change from the default $49/year.
Good to see some wrestling again. Jake Wetzel wrestled a good match vs Tanner Skidgel who is even more of a moose in 2021. Wetzel rode him out for the entire 2nd. period with a nasty leg ride that he also used in the 3rd. Buonocorsi was the only AA level ranked wrestler and looked the part getting a TF. He took down the Navy wrestler pretty much at will.
Re: Lehigh, Pitt & Navy
That was an interesting leg hold that Wentzel employed from the standing position. Didn't look like he had enough to hold a big kid like Skidgel with it, but he was able to hold it and bring S back down to the mat with it every time.
Re: Lehigh, Pitt & Navy
Navy looks to be uncharacteristically thin and inexperienced in the upper weights. Pitt appeared to have its full starting lineup yesterday; Navy was missing Key, Koser, and Birchmeier at the final three weights.

Re: Lehigh, Pitt & Navy
Andrew Cerniglia is a stud at 157. Hoping we see a rematch between him and Lawrence at 165 Jan. 16.
Re: Lehigh, Pitt & Navy
I was surprised to see David Key in a couple of pre-season rankings, but not Cerniglia. He'll be ranked soon enough.
