LIU

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

Not sure why someone wants games over in under 2.5 hours. If it takes me 1 hour 45 mins to get to a game I would prefer a 3.5 hour game. I like the old 3.5 PL games with 80+ passes.

Sounds like someone needs to find a better tailgate to pass more time :D

I don't (always) mind the passing; the long TV timeouts are the worst. The relatively weak NEC broadcast zipped by.

You think I should leave a game and drink heavily before driving 95 miles home? Because you don't really like football?

Nah -- maybe get up a little earlier, tailgate with coffee, tea or your favorite non-alcoholic beverage, have a nice brunch and fellowship for a while -- enjoy the Marching 97 performing in the parking lot -- then enjoy a college football game played the way it was until the past 10 or 15 years when money -- TV timeouts and ads -- began to control the game.

Sit back and enjoy the game the way it flowed in 2.5 hours when Lehigh had balanced offensive attacks, when running was an integral part of the game. The run game is back all over, even in the NFL so far this year, in case you have not noticed.

I love Air Lehigh, too, but it was fun when some Bragalone guy made it more effective and slowed the game down with power running.

There was a recent to be at the game the last 5 years other than the 97? And of course real fans do not leave until after they play the Centennial Song, which should have been made the Alme Mater 50+ years ago.
