COMMIT #5. John Alan Richter. QB

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

amid all the speculation, I note that he is active on twitter with other verbals and with offered players. Perhaps a better measure of his intentions :)

I believe our fears have been realized. He no longer is posting his commitment. It looks like Toledo.

Beat me to it. Just saw it. :o :x Pretty much an annual occurrence.

10 days to ESD. 2 possible flips to FBs teams. 6 verbals remain.

Think Toledo would take CW back on a straight-up trade for Richter?

I don't see the reason for going to Toledo. If you're really good, you will be discovered anywhere, plus a degree from Lehigh. I could see it if he were offered at a P5 school and had a legitimate shot at playing within a year or two.

The stranger thing to me is that Toledo has 5 QBs on their roster. All of them are FR or RS Frosh. None completed over 60% of their passes but combined (3 of them), they threw for about 2,900 yds , 20 TD and only 2 Int.

Richter is a good one. He probably could have made a splash here early.

There was a time when that was true. No longer. PL is the basement of FCS football and Lehigh's OC has proven incompetent (see FCS stats). If the kid has next level goals, Lehigh was not a good place.
