Spring Practice

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

Virtually a clerical slot behind the scenes. No off campus recruiting. Take a gander at P5 staffs. 40+ strong.

Maybe this is a dumb question. But is there a reason this board hasn't had a lot of chatter about spring practice? Does anyone care anymore?

Lack of information this year. Not much other than a few photos from Lehigh. So far not much from any LV guys or player parents.
We've been lucky to have eyewitness reports most years. Hoping that scrimmages might get a few over to watch.

Strange from a university that has already pitched season ticket renewals. I hope we get sone eyewitness accounts.

Dunno. Junior Days perhaps a partial explanation. Huge turnout at all of them so far.

The practices have been either early morning or after 7pm at night, making it hard(er) to have eyewitness accounts aside from the spring game this April 24th. I am planning on going to a practice this week sometime to give an update.

Brown and White did do two articles about spring ball thus far - one on our new pass game coordinator and another on the first weeks of practice:

Nobody really cares about this program. Tom G has ushered in the most unsuccessful era in program history. Assistant and grad student left for Holy Cross. The DC is solid. OC is biggest joke in FCS.

Just glad they slotted Gtown in early to avoid another 0-6 start.
