Lehigh Coaching Walk of Fame

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

Lehigh Coaching Walk of Fame

Post by lfnadmin » Fri May 06, 2022 11:15 am

Lehigh has had quite a few legendary head coaches. Would it be an interesting idea to have a head coaching "walk of fame" set up outside of Goodman with full size statues of Leckonby, Dunlap, Whitehead and Coen? It would be a great tribute to four great men. Of course others could be added.

Have to include Kevin Higgins. Statues might be a bit much tho. I'd like to see a plaque wall erected on the walkway going into the Stadium.

What would the standards be?

What about walls, in a walkway, with plaques, etc., honoring players, coaches, teams?

I like the plaque idea more than the statues too. Less ostentatious.
