Hoyas

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

Notes up. Passarelli and Kempsey out. Frosh in with Jabonski.
Callahan out. As is MacIntyre. Spatny Sheridan and Bland move up.

Spatny played pretty well against Villanova. I was pretty impressed with how he looked.

He and Sheridan were a force.

Sugaring has Hoyas a 1 pt favorite. Nuts right?
Massey today has Hoyas a 20-18 favorite. :o

Georgetown being a slight home favorite is not "nuts" at all. That is reality. Yet some remain in denial....

Despite the fact it’s only the second game of the season, it’s hard to overstate the importance of this game to establish either Lehigh (0-0, 0-1) or Georgetown (0-0, 1-0) as Patriot League contenders in 2022.

Lehigh will lose and the score doesn’t matter. When you lose to Georgetown in football the coach must be fired.

Game about to start...

Scores of note
Villanova 38 LIU 21 Final
VMI 24 Bucknell 14 Final
Colgate 21 Maine 18 Final
Fordham 52 Monmouth 49 Final

PL going 2-0 against the CAA is a great sight to be hold. Monmouth has dominated the PL the last 5-6 years or so too...

Georgetown 10 Lehigh 0 9:30 2Q

Terrible offense, blown coverages on defense and other "fun" mistakes. Looks like your typical Gilmore team...
