Hoyas

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

Lehigh 14 Georgetown 13 Half

Offense put together two nice drives in the second quarter but then the defense gives up a FG to close out the half. This looks like it will come down to the wire...

Defense stiffens to keep lead at halftime 14-13. Sorry to disappoint those anti Gilmore posters who would have demanded Sterrett to fire Gilmore at halftime!!

You guys need a serious attitude adjustment or need to be removed from the board by admin as promised.

Offense came alive but then the defense allows points at the end of the half. They have to find a way to win this...

TD Lehigh...that's 3 straight scoring drives! Can the defense get a stop to create some separation? GTown has moved the ball well too....

Garcia scores touchdown & will ultimately emerge as our star premiere running back. He will set school
Records before he graduates if he stays healthy.

Then he will be like Jon Rushatz & compete in Grace Hall this winter pushing our upper weight wrestlers.

This is still a sloppy game. Still not sure why Georgetown went for a fade pass on 4th and 3 from LU's 8 instead of taking the 3. Both teams have had terrible penalties on punts to extend drives.....

Another fine defensive stop on 4th down to preserve 8 point lead with 12:38 remaining & Lehigh has the hall. Put Garcia in at running back!!

Georgetown with an awful personal foul on 4th down which gives Lehigh a first down. On the next play Perri heaves the ball up, gets picked, Georgetown gets the ball anyway. Just ugh. These are struggling teams for a reason....
