Downingtown is a strong program. At his size, hoping he has great quickness and at his height be able to add 20-30 lbs.

I was thinking the same thing but if Hudl is to be believed, he is already a pretty strong dude

Add 15% improvement onto those weigh lifting numbers and you have a DL beast!

Appears that Ryan is already well above the average Power 5 Lineman at least according to this site.
