Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

Starting this season the PL allows 63 schollies. Moreover,the roster cap has been eliminated. Each school can set its own or none as it choosed.

Is that the maximum number of scholarships available to a FCS football team and is Lehigh planning to take advantage of those changes to improve the team?

Yes FCS max is 63 :equivalencies. Speculating that Lehigh is going to the max
Perhaps the new slots allowed Cahill to bring in a huge class. I not Gate also brought in 30+
