Young team returns in 2018-2019 with tons of promise. Can they get back to the NCAA Tournament?

19 assists 6 turnovers 38% from 3

Seems to be the formula.

I wasn't at the game. Should I assume the TWS played most of the point and Higgins went back to wing where he had a great game with 23 points, 5 boards , 4 assists and 0 TOs

Doc played small particularly at the end of the game. Fenton clutch. Stats pretty even cept for rebounds where Gate controlled. Team played very well in the clutch.
Still hope MW gets his stamina back sooner rather than later.

A combination shocker-thriller. Higgins 36 minutes, all at point. 23 points (8-13 from the field), 4 assist, 5 boards, ZERO TURNOVERS. J. Wilson 9-9 from the field. We shot 55% from the field as a team, 9-11 from the stripe. The main highlights, Higgins at point, 6 total team turnovers, and much better shot selection.

This was the best fundamentals we have shown in many, many moons. T W-S started and is obviously very athletic, but still rough around the edges. Slashing shooting guard who needs to stay under control, but did contribute tonight. J. Wilson also a very strong night as usual. Solid team effort.

I got the feeling Colgate took us a bit lightly and didn't feel concern until midway second half when we didn't fold. Will we shoot 55% from the field again? Who knows.... But if we keep getting better shot selection, and take care of the ball....

Higgins to point may be a real key to this season and beyond.

Higgins is certainly capable. I believe he put up 51 in a game in HS.

That was a stunner..and great to see. It's amazing how there can be such dramatic swings in the way teams perform. Let's hope this gives them alot more confidence going forward, but also not get to their heads. As a football coach said many years ago..."You are what your record says you are." However, this past week should certainly show the guys was persistence and hard work can do. Go Lehigh!
