Not a hugh fan of the PL (the W-L numbers above tell the stroy), Mr. Pomerory ranks the League his 28th finest out of the 32 organizations that comprise D-1 Basketball which, as many know, consists of 358 squads this year. Baylor (15-1), out of the Big12, sits at #1 while Mississippi Valley State (1-13), out of the SWAC, holds down the last slot. Hey, trhey're just numbers but serve as a basis to speculate on game-by-game finishes. What's important, however, is who will walk away with the PL Crown following the March 9th Championship Game and gain an invite to the Big Dance.

PS As for tomorrow night out in Lewisburg, I'd take the points if I were a betting man.

Oh yeah, they posted the Game Notes for tomorrow night. Check 'em out at Lehigh Sporrts.com

See ya Sunday afternoon at Stabler as we take on Loyola.

Just got back from Lewisburg. I think we covered.............

97-64. Obviously, we had a remarkable shooting night. 18 for 34 from three is ridiculous. We're not THAT good. But we're not as bad as we looked first half at West Point. Are we a contender? Maybe....

ON A VERY SAD NOTE, the tragic death of a key Bucknell player's mother, very recently. And the kid played a great game. Learned about it on the Bison post-game show during the drive home. I can't imagine how tough that had to be.

As you know, it was Andre Screen’s mother, who died earlier today in Lewisburg. Totally unexpected. Watching the team warm up before the game, it was obvious they were in a state of shock and not anywhere near ready to play basketball. Energy level was as low as I’ve ever seen.

Great win for Lehigh. 30+ point road win, against biggest basketball rival, amazing.

I’ve been down on the program and they have stepped up dramatically in league play. There is some talent there. Looking forward to seeing the progression of this team. Coach deserves some kudos for finding a lineup that can be successful. He’s moved around a lot of parts and has found a very nice combination at the moment. Solid veteran play from Lynch and 2 Wilsons, and great scoring from younger guards. He had to make some tough decisions on early starters and it has paid off in some solid wins.
