LU playing good defense and rebounding well....need to find the 3pt FG range in the 2nd half

31 - 29 at halftime....were up by as much as 13.

First 5-7 mins of Q3 should tell us if we survive a Terrier charge and compete the rest of the way.

Bright spot in an otherwise dismal year for sport at LU.

Dismal in terms of Covid... absolutely but not quite bad in athletics.

The wrestling team won the EIWA tournament and qualified 10 for the NCAA tournament.
The lacrosse team has been dominant in a 3-0 season including a big win over #10 (at the time) Loyola

The tennis teams have been dominant so far and now Women's Basketball is going to the Big Dance.

Even field hockey beat Lafayette which is a true rarity. :-)

I have to admit there was times when I wanted to fire the offensive coordinator while remaining impressed with the defense. We built up a big lead in the 1st half by taking it inside with Hottinger and Grothaus and then throughout most of the 2nd half we were firing up 3s or long jumpers. I think their best player had 3 fouls early and we didn't challenge her.

However, when all the smoke cleared, some of those 3s went in. Congratulations to Lehigh Women's basketball.
