People who advocate these celebrations say it’s just positive emotion and perhaps brand building. I say it’s unsportsmanlike….especially in a Mano a Mano battle.

Most of the celebrations in wrestling are innocuous. Hugging coaches after national titles, fist pumps, the pump up the crowd gestures. Then there’s the AJ Ferrari type shit which the sport would be better off without.

Imagine how Lombardi would react to the sh*t show celebrations in the NFL today!
I don’t mind some celebrating, but in the NFL it seems like they choreograph a personal dance for just about anything of significance. Over the top.
