Re: Flow Rankings - Summer
>>>>>>>Thanks for the clarification of guys considered to be ‘squat’.
Basically all wrestlers who have not finished rd/12 or better——- or in Hines case, finished rd/12 two years ago——are ‘squat’
Every NCAA qualifier who doesn’t’ make rd/12 is ‘squat’ per HFO and spladie
By that measure, Crookham and Nate were pre-season ‘squat’ last yr———and Stanich, who wasn’t even in the top 50 as a hs senior was probably lower than ‘squat’ per HFO and spladie.
I respectfully disagree with labeling 80-90% of all D-1 college wrestlers as ‘squat’ ———- but you’re certainly entitled to you opinions.

You realize the above post is not based on fact or previous comment in anyway correct? Just a poor attempt at humor maybe?FloridaGuy wrote: ↑Thu May 23, 2024 5:06 pm >>>>>>>Thanks for the clarification of guys considered to be ‘squat’.

In what world is a guy who has never beaten anyone ranked higher than #47 =must be a round of 12 or better guy? What difference does a kids high school ranking make when he is entering his third year in college? 80-90% lol, what an extreme over exaggeration to court favor……
What an absolute court jester of a post…..top 5 for most inane post of the year……

Re: Flow Rankings - Summer
Rogers was up in his rsfreshman season because there was a prior NCAA Champion brought in from Stanford at 174.
Let’s see how he does at his natural weight.

>>>>>> Spladie’s words. “Squat seems fair to me until proven otherwise”.
I disagree with HFO and spladiie’s posts that Lehigh got “squat” from the portal when we recruited Rogers.
We all seem to agree that the “jury is still out” —————- so why the need to rag on a recruited wrestler before he even wrestles his first bout in a Lehigh uniform?

Re: Flow Rankings - Summer
All you guys are right. Although, the 'squat' term is a bit pejorative. Everyone has to prove themselves, so Spladle is right. RRogers was up due to Shane Griffith, so LUEngr is right. Giving RRogers a shout out as a nice pick up seems fair given his background, so FL Guy is right.
There, all fixed.
