Lehigh desperately needs a full-time recruiting coordinator. Reallocate existing resources to pay for the right person!

Hard to disagree with this suggestion.

Qualities: Affable (outgoing personality), interested in others (not a self-promoter), can relate with parents (parents are the key), self-starter (doesn't need to be told to stay engaged), honest (no promises that can't be kept)

Notice, 'former wrestler' is not listed. You need a sales guy/gal, not a wrestler. If the person you choose was a former wrestler, that's ok, but focus on the real qualities that are needed, not on past glory.

I think Brad Dillon is the current recruiting coordinator but Zach very engaged in recruiting.

I doubt that Davis is only recruiting coordinator but like Dillon has other duties as a coach.

Mookie may be right that it is now a full time position in its own right due to Portals & NIL coordination.
