This program needs a complete overhaul and anyone who disagrees is in denial
....Careful, Mookie; your Forum spiritual leader is tired of the group hearing criticism for being negative.
...."the current 3 LU Top 5's – with no guarantees for the future - represents just the 4th Top 5 trio in the last 44 seasons (using past ncaa seeds). Pat has coached three of those four trios – including as asst coach in '04-05 (Kerry McCoy a boost in ’05 & now). Prior times: '83, '05, '18

Re: Trainwreck
I am happy to admit that I was wrong about 141 weight class future but you have to admit that performance prior to January was not looking good for the weight change adjustment.
He has really turned it around & especially in the stamina aspect seeing his recent 3rd period exploits.
Now the question to ponder is what happens next year with 3 studs at 2 weights? Does Hines go up to 149? He certainly has to height to justify it.

Re: Trainwreck
Crookham was, going into last night the identical redshirt situation as Delaney.

Mookie quoted:
Iowa 34, Nebraska 6 ("that's TERRIBLE for a perennial Top 10 - line-up intact,, too.... Coach has white hair! tear it down & rebuild and anybody who disagrees is in denial)
PSU 30, Michigan 8 ("Wow, isn't UM in a peak period ? Except Rent-a-Chimp* 1-yr titlist in '22 their prior champion was 2012 ... c'mon, man tear down the program & rebuild!")
"All wrestlers not named Lee should boycott the tournament; tear Spencer down and rebuild him as android."
Always a pleasure to hear from you, Mook

Re: Trainwreck
Both Delaney and Crookham are eligible for five dates. Nobody's smoke went up in smoke
