O'Toole hand fighting and transitions and angles are off the chart. I have not seen many of his matches other than NCAA finals. He is technically exceptional.

AGREE,..technically suberb, as his match yesterday with a game SDSU squad indicates.
David Carr is another savy technician, and wouldn't doubt they are the NCAA Final this year.
