Strange scheduling. Logan just wrestled his round of 16 bout and won 8-0.

Seymour gets a last second takedown to beat a tall, skinny kid from Massachusetts 5-4. Really like that kid's scrappiness but wish he would grow - if not vertically, maybe horizontally.

Logan in the finals with a 9-6 win over top Iowa State recruit Rojas. Seems like Logan raises his game in tournaments.

He sure looks a lot healthier than earlier in the year. That is a lot of wrestling in one day for these guys!

Bryant gets manhandled for a tech, then Frinzi follows suit a few minutes later. Ouch!

Freestyle perfect for Logan..... no top wrestling and limited mat wrestling..... his history going back to high school was a takedown machine, he surprised me more than anything this year with his lack of offense from Neutral.....hopefully this experience brings the confidence back...

Logan is a keeper. Will have a very nice career at 174.

For his consolation semi Seymour gets top 20 or so VTech recruit Flynn, who, fortunately, doesn't look like a very big 125.

Check that. Seeing them together, Seymour undersized and gets teched in first period.

Not sure, but I seem to recall Flynn giving Darian Cruz a very tight bout recently.

Seymour now has the unenviable assignment of facing Ayala -3 time Iowa State Champion, Iowa commit and top tier recruit - for 5th place.

Tech for Ayala early in second period.
