Grewe winning would have been as likely as him stealing the moon.

Bracket fever?

Why would I be surprised that 10-20 wrestlers might fail to make weight, out of a bazillion entries?

Why cite forfeits in cons brackets when they're often caused by injury, disinterest or fatigue, weight, illness, etc?
Like occur all the time at tourneys like Midlands?

I don’t think it happens very often that guys wrestle to the round of 16…… then out of the 8 matches in round of 16, five of them are decided by forfeit for missed weight….. and yes i find that surprising, different and “of note”….these also arent college kids travelling on the schools dime then losing early and forfeiting out, to stay fresher for rest of season or whatever…..

If Willie says its highly unusual at a tournament like Fargo then I would suspect he is correct, and yes i find it noteworthy….

Thanks; I had focused on add'l posts and forgot about Willie. He goes to these events; ND is still 1 of the few states I've never visited, much to my chagrin.
