Rogers a lot shorter than his opponent; he'll fit right in on our team. He looked good -- aggressive, his moves worked. My opinion is that he could make 184.

For discussion purposes only:
Let's say that Rogers is a tweener (undersized 197 but a bit of a haul to make 184). The cupboard is essentially bare at 197 next year. Garcia will likely be available at some time but nobody knows when. If healthy, 184 has a couple of sophs/frosh? who showed promise in Davis and Wright. As a coach, where do you situate Rogers especially with the weight cut rules of 1.5% or in this case 3 #/week?

Rogers blew away Patrick Brophy from South Carolina in the second round. Has Carter Grewe from Wisconsin next.

The match with Carter Grewe should be interesting. Rogers has been growing from 170#. Grewe has been wrestling at 220#/285# over the last year.

In that second match, his hands were very active. Both on the head and arms/wrists. Looks very good so far. Some tough guys in this bracket so excited to see how Caden does
