What is a "Tout" bus?

Fix it up and it would be a winner at tailgates.

As an aside, during the memorial service for Greg Strobel I noticed the plaque for the class of 1884 nearby. There were about 30 graduates that year, including James Ward Packard.

I have only really seen one vehicle type of that concept, I think they are Fords, used in Glacier National Park. Pretty cool.

I have always wondered if the movie Dodsworth was sort of based on Packard, Similar aged character who manufactured eponymous Quality Vehicles. Although Packard died at about the same age as Dodworth retired, and the movie began.
