>>>everyone is in it except Rodriguez.....sure it might mean nothing, was a simple question....

Somehow I knew exactly what words you'd use to explain your innocence. Who else but you?

I have no idea what the reason was, but -- just for an example -- what if he was quarantined? What if he overslept? There are any number of reasons that would require his privacy as a college athlete...hey, maybe like Billy Stuart as an ugrad wrestler, the future doctor was in jail. THAT was a 1 of the all-time wrestler stories. Police chief walked into precinct - and was STUNNED to see Billy in there. Hollered at his asst: "WHAT the hell is HE doing in here !?!" Get him outta' here, he's gotta' wrestle against Army tomorrow !!!" One of the all-time great ALUMNI stories ... it was awhile before that one got out. John Steckbeck was 1st among many to share it, Billy confirmed to me years later why he was in there. Even bigger story than him barfing up his Hershey Chocolate bar (yes, while wrestling at Cornell).
Thank God there was no social media back then

Denny, you’re too funny….

That’s a life skill you’ve achieved by being too old to realize your “outdatedness” is humorous to others…they say age is just a number, which is true, but in your case apparently the number has been reached

You're both right. Let's move on.

As Vermont Senator George Aiken said circa 1970 regarding our involvement in Viet Nam: "Let's declare victory and leave."

Well, there is no other Communism in SE Asia and China and Vietnam have stock markets and private sector employment options. Yes, we did win.

Then what to make of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the sole governing party of the People's Republic of China (PRC)....or the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) the sole governing party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam?

why on earth do you merit the last word? a truly pathetic & irrelevant attempt to put down someone older than you. At least I'm somebody, with a clear role in the program. The guy who teased me about my outdated reference? I attended his wedding in VT. The Centralia reference? Both rude & crude, a sad poverty stricken reference. I'm just finishing a 5-yr $10k pledge to the Wrestling Partnership to help the program. How lucci have you kicked in?

Lol, then don’t make youself such an easy targe…..”sad poverty stricken” good lord the drama of it all….and your belief that you’ve earned the last word? Maybe with your cronies, certainly not with me…..and i tend to like and admire people older than me, except those few who have the “the internet? Is that thing still around” attitude about life….

Your turn, go ahead and get in your last word and ramble on about some historical facts that have zero relevance to 2021…..you have lost the ability to differentiate between learning from the past and living in the past….
