Since Oregon State, Penn State, and Sacred Heart all wrestled duals today, do all wrestlers in tomorrow's round robins get a 1-pound weight allowance or does that only apply to duals on consecutive days?

All.
Art. 2. 1-Pound Weight Allowance. In all instances when back-to-back team
competition occurs, all wrestlers shall receive a 1-pound weight allowance on
the second day of competition. The 1-pound weight allowance would include
those wrestlers on opposing teams who did not compete the day before. The
maximum weight allowance is 1 pound regardless of the number of back-toback events that occur. In order for the 1-pound weight allowance to be utilized,
all back-to-back competitions must be an official team date of competition as
per NCAA bylaws.

Carter Bailey that beat Lane in the wrestle offs, didn't look good against Harvard's Diedo Sotelo... lost by major D.

Do you know who Diego Sotelo is? A major recruit: Illinois 3A placing 2,1,2 from Marmion Academy -- a top program.

No doubt the favorite coming into this bout.
