Binghamton Dual...
Re: Binghamton Dual...
Grape last wrestled in the Navy dual two years ago. Pre-Covid. He did well holding it to a tech fall.

And if Lehigh had won the last second challenge for - I think locking hands? - it would have been a 14 point major for DePrez.
Smart challenge. Nothing to lose by trying.
DePrez basically toyed with him, but couldn’t turn and pin him. Reminded me of some of Kutler’s dominant takedown performances. Only difference is that Jordan would usually break the will of the other wrestler - but Eli kept trying right to the last second.
Re: Binghamton Dual...
Grape really felt the wrath for the full 7 minutes for sure.
Re: Binghamton Dual...
Probably the most disconcerting part of the dual is that Jordan Wood couldn’t get a takedown in almost 5 minutes on his feet against a much, much smaller opponent.
Today will be a tough one - Fernandes is taller and quicker than the guy from Binghamton.

... plus Fernandes uses legs. I do not know if he 'll be successful against Jordan w/ that. Wood is now even thicker to the point that, as big as Fernandes is, it will be a tough do, imho.
