Flo has chosen to feature the videotape of a bout between a two time national champion and a kid who's fourth (fifth, if you include a red shirter) on the opposing team's depth chart. Oh well.

>>>yes, Foca just plain quit with 30 seconds left and down by 3. Plenty of time for an escape and a takedown to tie the bout, but he just gave up. Logan had him beaten mentally.

... Yes, it "looked that way" to me, too, in person; but only CU knows if he perhaps came back from a flu bug and 'took one for the team.' Or with all that height maybe a very tough weight cut. No reason to give any bulletin board material for Easterns.

I score every bout and might be off by a little but my sheet while sitting next to the scoreboard shows AJ out at 0:37.

I thought it was more than 30 also. Which was why I later thought it made some sense.
You have to get a td anyway, 37 is enough time if you're going to. And if he was tired, he'd only be more tired in SV.

Do you guys read? Just watched replay again and was 29 second mark….

And its a lot easier to get a takedown when you both need one versus when you have to have to have one with 29 seconds left and no stall warnings on your opponent….and if you don’t agree with that then you’ve never wrestled

From Gimp: Seemed like Gwiz was doing most of the complaining. Maybe he just stood out more.

...Standing up, yep, closest to your post
...Sitting across from their bench (Gwiz furthest), it was a close contest among Mike and all assts.

Of course, no staff yells more than Zeke/ASU and Penn's. But the Ghosts of Grace ensure this; have for 80 yrs.
Visitors are positive the refs are in our pocket - despite the EIWA's habit for eons of hiring out-of-town refs.
Hell, OUR fans almost always feel the refs are against us.

>>agreed with Lehigh Engineer.
As the big red fan stated, the coach looked like a schlumph,

... I fear there's some overreaction here. What if Mike's a big Trekkie fan and selected his favorite Sulu shirt?
Maybe he had a collar transponder for sending stall complaints directly to center mat?

Yep - and this still appears on my screen

>>>I agree with what your sayinging if they had cut him earlier, but cutting him with 17 seconds left was way too late ….. he only had 17 seconds more to ride and he had Burkhart well under control

Re-reading my mess, I now see I wrote he was cut at 0:27, two sec later than you're saying but close enough.
I wonder how good any of us are at interpreting all that constant bench motion by Sulu and Crew.

Yes and you still managed to skip my correction about 2 hours before gimp and your rehashing comments…. But whatever, don’t expect better from people you’ll always be disappointed…

Actually i posted the correction at 11:46 am….a full 9 hours before gimp and your comments….

Either way major mistake cutting him…
