Re: Logan’s Elbow
TV broadcast mentioned possible bursar sac bursting. No idea what that’s about seemed like speculation. Any sac that bursts can’t be great

Re: Logan’s Elbow
For a guy though one is definitely worse than others .....
Re: Logan’s Elbow
Sounds like a TV show title
Re: Logan’s Elbow
Easily Confused. The Movie came out in June 1976. The TV Series that Fall. Miss Agutter had 2nd billing, was introduced in the first 5-10 minutes of the movie and was important the the last scene. Maybe Miss Fawcett (5th billing) was in a 20-30 minute segment, then killed off. JA had at least 5 times the screen time of FF. Yes Farrah did bring Michael Jackson with her too the afterlife, but she left Bill Cosby with us on this side of the dirt. Well... the movie DID come out in 1976, and Farrah was big w/ Charlie's Angels when it started back in '76 as well.
Back to wrestling. with MB4, Wrestling Stat has us like 17-16 vs the Tigers, 15-15 vs Quakers. Vs ASU could be ugly, but the only 2 of like 10 meets they beat us at were National Duals (at OhSU it was a tie Breaker)

Ya' think? When's the last time a wrestling broadcast included a doctor?
Answer: on it B1G broadcast in '98 during the wt cutting crisis & 3 deaths, former Iowa wrestler, Dr Mark Mysnyk argued vehemently that there HAD to be a connection with creatine. Once recruited heavily by Lehigh (SATs near 1500) Mark was really irked that the sport & the govt investigation claimed they found nothing relevant. When Michigan came to Grace a few weeks later, I discreetly asked 1 of their starters how they felt about it after losing their buddy. He was very sincere: yes, it had been utilized but discontinued. But he added (in a program renowned for kinesiology majors): "What we don't know is how long it stays in the body." So he confirmed one creatine incident and other sources confirmed at least 2 of the 3 had used it. And yeah, the UM kid got a last min call to cut 20 lbs on a short notice; obviously significant.

Tells you where my mind was at ... I stand corrected, Richb. It's been eons since I saw that movie (... like, when it came out.) Looked at the cast from the movie (yes there's Farrah w/ that familiar flip hairdo that million women copied soon afterwards, )Richb-3 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 16, 2022 8:35 pm Easily Confused. And yes, back to wrestling. I DO hope to see Mr. Bryant back in the lineup soon (like, for the duration of the season?) The B&W will have to bring it, EVERYtime out on the mat.

Sir, a pint of you finest ale, please!
Never argue with an idiot... he'll bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

He was limping noticeably at the Navy match. Didn’t look like he’ll be ready for Oklahoma - hopefully he’ll be better by the next home dual. IMHO, the most exciting and quickest wrestler on the entire team.
