Dom Demas, a fourth-place finisher as a freshman for the Oklahoma Sooners in the 2019 NCAA National Championships at 141 pounds, has signed a Financial Aid Agreement and will wrestle in his final season of eligibility as a Mustang during the upcoming 2022-23 season.
Yianni will be ok
He's been "imitation Don Demas" this year

Somehow best in the world wasn’t good enough for a top EIWA seed.

Yianni will coast past Demas.

Never said I'm crying about it, did I? The idea that a #1 seed gets an AA in the first round is rather remarkable, don't you think?

Jeez...

I think he did read it right, he doesn't think it is remarkable and you are whining about Yianni's draw then attempting to back pedal regarding ownership of said whine....

Think that about sums up this dispute.

So, you are calling me a liar? Nice.

I'd be impressed if he can point to this year or other years where a #1 seed faces an AA in the first round. Must be pretty common if it is not remarkable.

If that is how you wish to take it, then yes......especially after you went on to continue the implied whine in your next sentence....

>>>>>>>> Didn't Wyatt Sheets enter as a former AA as the 33rd seed just a year or so ago? Besides, Demas was AA in 2019 -- that was 4 years ago -- hardly relevant today, especially with him having such a mediocre record. He has no high value wins this year that I can recall. But thanks for playing.
