Cornell started little Diakomihalis against Harvard today. He majored Sotelo. So much for Ungar.

He almost gave it away against Joyce from Brown... losing w/ seconds in the 3rd until nabbed a TD to tie it up (+ erased what ever RT the Brown kid had.)
In the end, there was a lot of insane scrambling situations in SV... the ref gave the TD to Diakomihalis while Joyce from Brown still had the ankle... VERY questionable imho.

Greg D is very good. Diminutive perhaps, but so was Weaver, Cruz and Sheldon. Spencer Lee was 5’3”. So let’s not make a big issue over his size. Greg D is a guy many programs would love to have. No sure what the deal is with Ungar; maybe he’s hurt. Maybe Greg won a wrestle off. Doesn’t matter.

Sotelo is a credible opponent. But still not sure who the real CU starter is. Seems coach Grey uses the same Cone of Silence as Lehigh.

Ungar will wrestle the match that matters this weekend for Cornell against Missouri tomorrow….. he didnt wrestle Sotelo because he’s beat him twice already this year so no point in risking his seed in a dual Cornell was definitely going to win……. Pretty sure you’re sharp enough to have figured that out but just wanted to get your ladle out and stir…..
