Assuming the nagging issue is not his wife,it would make sense to take extra time to be sure everything is built up as much as possible before competing. I take it Lehigh wrestlers get access to top notch doctors and PT, etc.?

I don't think a lot of guys were poking Trenge in the Glasses until PSU's Edwards just open palm punched them alike a half dozen times and Ref and PSU fan Bobby Derr said "go ahead Joel"

Agree with your comment, however, I think some of the posters have a legitimate beef -though some of the negativity is definitely over the top. There is no reason that fans and ticket holders need to find out what is going on by someone posting links to a local paper. A weekly update from the staff via a newsletter or something along those lines would be nice. Doesn't have to be much, or give away any personal info - just brief updates.

Personally, I think the coaching staff is great - the potential for 4 AA's, with an outside shot at 5, is fantastic. Looking forward to Lewisburg and one last chance to hammer the Ivies before they roll up their mats and go home.

A couple of the Penn guys are also registered for the F&M Scramble the day before. Gluttons for punishment.

Does sending Ryan Crookham to F&M mean that gives him 15 bouts in case he defaults out of EIWAs -- he can receive a WC to Nationals and still be seeded high?

Can’t Med FFT out of the conference tourney and get an at-large bid. He needs to actually step on the mat and make a legitimate appearance of competing, which could involve an INJ DEF. WCs haven’t existed since 2008.

F&M has less to do with getting to 15 for RPI. As Pat has stated, he’ll pick up #15 at EIWA regardless. IMO, F&M has more to do with testing whatever ding has kept him off the mat the past few weeks.

I figure it is like sending a Major Leaguer to AA for rehabilitation
