Good effort by Max, but got outhorsed a little, losing 6-4.

Blockhus didn't really do much after that first period takedown....defense the rest of the way. As mentioned, think Max should have taken neutral in the 3rd (and be more careful with 10 seconds left in the first).

Yeah neutral would have been better, /Blockhus is a beast. Max should make a good run in consolations.

Leete doesn't have the slightest trouble finding the center of the mat.

Nagao for State Penn also upset at 133.

Starocci on deck....we'll see how hurt he is and I wouldn't want to be his opponent as he's got some serious angst built up after defaulting out of B1G

Starocci looks to be moving pretty well but you can tell he's not putting down 100% on the heavily wrapped right leg

Rooks was awful at Sheridan as was well documented, something was definitely up with him at that tournament......him turning around and beating Griffin is no surprise and yes somewhat predictable.......obviously had time to scout him this time and avoided going down when given choice.....and attacked legs relentlessly in second.....that will be most wrestlers game plan against Griffin now that there is a lot of video on him......won't help the average guys but quality wrestlers like Rooks will take advantage.......
