Certainly checks all the boxes.

This is where Michael Beard can be an ambassador. They overlapped 3 years at Penn State. Both were in similar positions with talent ahead of them. Beard, by all accounts is delighted with his move to Lehigh. The weight class is wide open for him just like for Michael when he came.

A small part of me wonders if Mays saw this coming. Perhaps not.

Hard to tell with Mays. Barraclough hadn't declared for the portal yet and it's doubtful The staff would say anything. It appears to me to be an independent decision by Mays.

Terrell Barraclough was a 4X Utah state champ and started his PSU career at 149. I do recall him giving Josh Humphries quite a go at 157. Would be a nice pick-up to say the least.

FIND THE PACKAGE to make it happen.
Now is the time to throw any money raised at him. Give him his year to show what he is fully capable of. Unfortunately, when you are behind the guys he was behind, other than freestyle season, nobody got to see what this guy's potential is.

He is an elite student. His list will be short. Top tier academics with a master's in bioengineering or something affiliated. This kid is going places in life! Would love him to be an inspiring mature impact on the Lehigh Wrestling room.
