Most notably Mark Washington has been promoted from AA Tulsa to AAA Oklahoma City Dodgers where he has already pitched 3 innings of 1 hit ball with 4 Ks

Mason Black has been promoted from Single A San Jose Giants to the High-A Eugene Emeralds where he is 1-0 with an ERA of 0.87
