5th year at Lehigh

I'm not sure where to post this but in an era where most teams struggle to hold on to their best players, Lehigh seems to have formulated a well designed plan to hold on to their stars for the extra year.
Perhaps it began with the success of both lacrosse teams significantly aided by the return of Gaffney, Eichleberger, Cintron and McHugh for the men and Dickey and Ladda for the women. Wrestling is bringing back Wood and Paetzel for another year. Football brought back Haffner and Norris. Field Hockey returns Havas and Pecora. Volleyball brings back Lancaster and Wright. Men's Soccer returns Bednarsky and Koski. Basketball returns Wilson. Most of the other rosters aren't up yet. Arguably all of the above were the best graduating players in their respective sport.
I haven't compared this with other Patriot League programs but so far, I'm impressed.
