New FB Coach - short list?

Back-to-back PL champs 2016 and 2017.... but need to get back to relevance in the national FCS scene.

John Whitehead had plenty of head coaching experience, albeit at the high school level.

Now it is time alumni force Joe Sterrett to resign. The time has come. Time for Lehigh to move forward.

Can you expand on your dislike for Sterrett?

From afar, looks like Lehigh Athletics is always competitive (leave out football the past 4 years) and the players in the programs represent the university well.

I'm not a Joe loyalist or anything like that, but don't understand the angst towards Joe. Coen's situation set us back a few years, and in all fairness to Joe, he handled that pretty well considering the circumstances.

Agreed. Lehigh's intercollegiate sports program over the last 30 years has been exemplary of what collegiate athletics is all about. Yes, there have been some rough patches in some sports, but every school is going to have that. When you look at the body of work over three decades and how the athletic facilities have evolved, and are continuing to grow; as well as how good our athletes have represented the school competitively and off the court/field there is much to be proud of.
