Re: NCAA Championships Day 2 Session 3
Agree Taylor gave it his all but why does our guy never take the first shot in SV1 (and that was more a fake by Taylor than a shot).....
Seems like we are always waiting for the other guy to take the match.......

Bummed about both of these. Taylor took some good shots. Glad to seem him try that in OT. Schulz isn;t just big, he’s crafty,

Obviously I'm at work not at home watching on ESPN+... Taylor didn't take an angle and blubber boy got the easy three in SV?

Other than that bout, I totally agree.

Re: NCAA Championships Day 2 Session 3
I guess I saw it more as a feint than an actual shot trying to set up a different shot and fatboy just blew thru the initial feint.......but whatever.......good match by Taylor just not enough......good chance he sees Trephan the 8th seed from NC State or Ghadelli the 7 seed form Campbell in the blood round now......
Beard will get either the 18 seed from Stanford or the 26th seed from Va Tech in the blood round

Well....walking away with 4 All-Americans is still within reach.
Some teams and wrestlers you are seeing incredible focus, grittiness and all out pursuit of winning.
LEHIGH the past 2 days I have been disappointed. Definitely not looking DELTA of "Do your best".
The season has been a great success. EIWA was a success. Shit the bed at NCAA. Jus too many mistakes with too many of our wrestlers in the bouts they lost. Lack of intensity, strategy and mat/time awareness at times.
Disappointed, but overall it was a very good year.
Crookham getting to Finals can make it better. Getting a National Champion would bring some level of redemption of what has not been that good of a showing by LEHIGH.

Stanich with the TD in last 40 seconds to win against Camacho; good scrambling by both wrestlers. So, Ramos in the blood round.
